| My buddies hogtied me, should I stop being friends with them? I was drinking at a friends house with some guys and I was getting pretty drunk. | Beginner's rope kit. - Go to your local hardware store, ship supply store, Home Depot... - Look for the softest rope you can find, nylon is best IMO, size 3/8" is good for starters. Take any color you fancy. Don't buy pre-packaged rope, only rope you can touch. - Buy 100 feet. Buy also some 1" wide colored electrical tape. - At home cut the rope in pieces, one of 50', four of 12'. - Wrap some overlapping layers of tape on the ends of the rope. This is to prevent the rope from fraying and unraveling. (Detail: it's half the work if you invert the last two steps, taping the rope where you are going to cut it.) You have now enough rope, to tie someone spreadeagle, to tie a rope harness, hogtie somebody, all for 40 dollars or so. Gags: make a cleave gag from a scarf, it gives you the write feeling without being overwhelming like a ball gag. Tape is a bad idea, impossible to breath via the mouth, and not very pleasant to take off. Blindfold: a must! A scarf, or those blindfolds they distribute on long distance flights, will do perfectly. Ties: hogties are... interesting, but for tieing and teasing, spread eagles and chairties are more practical. Ties where you stand with your hands above your head, can not be supported for a long time, as your hands will fall asleep. |

They began yelling and screamin at me that they knew there were drugs here and said they would kill me. Then they took of my shoes and soxes, put one of the soxes in my mouth, then wrapped the duct tape over my mouth. Then they placed me on my back, hogtied me, tied my toes to my ankles so that the bottom of my feet were facing straight up. | You need to go to the police immediately. Of course it was "that" bad what happened to you. There should be surveillance cameras that caught that on tape I would assume. | What does "E,R.C." mean when an Attorney requests that from a judge??? My attorney told the judge that he wanted the next court date for ERC. I don't know what that means. Also does anyone know of an Attorney that is not "AFRAID" of San Jose Police Dept. and would be willing to take on a case against them for "EXCCESSIVE USE OF FORCE" I was beaten by police (11/2004) and put in Hospital and my statue of limitaions runs out on 02-20-2008,I am currently in custody on an unrelated charge.
